Undergraduate Computer Science IA for - CSE 8A - "Intro to Programming 1" under Professor Joe Politz
By making use of websites like Stepik.org and Edstem.org, I tutored students and led lab sections in Introduction to Computer Science(CSE 8A) that has over 400 students enrolled in. I was responsible for teaching students programming concepts such as functions, loops, dictionary, if statements and debugging techniques using Python. I developed skills in explaining technical concepts, instruction, and organization.
An android app that allows building a "to do" list and basic to do items management functionality including adding new items, editing and deleting an existing item. By utilizing Android Studio and Java, the app can view a list of to do items, it can successfully add and remove items from the todo list, and User's list of items persisted upon modification and retrieved properly on app restart
MyFlix is an android app that allows users to browse movies from the The Movie Database API http://docs.themoviedb.apiary.io/#). Users can view a list of movies (title, poster image, and overview) currently playing in theaters from the Movie Database API. I also Utilized YouTubePlayerView to allow video posts to be played in full - screen showing a trailer of the upcoming movies .
